General information: Wuxi Huaertai Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd was found in 2003. It is one of the professional manufacturers of forged fittings and pressure vessels with fully facilities and advanced management. HET is located near Tai Lake in Hudai Industrial Park, Binhu Area, Wuxi, adjacent to S342, G312 and Huning and Xiyi expressway. Its favorable geological position provides it with convenient transportation and logistics. HET covers an area of 29,990㎡, among which building area reaches 23080㎡. Among over 200 staff, 6 are senior engineers and 32 are engineering technicians. It owns fixed assets around 60 million yuan. Our company produces flanges and forged fittings for pressure vessels over 20 thousand tons/year; strainers, pressure vessels and other pipe fittings more than 5000 sets.

HET is the member unit of Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC and Shenhua Group in spare parts resource market. In 2009, HET got the BS EN ISO9001:2008 Certification, BV-PED Certification and BV Marine Division Certification issued by Bureau Veritas. In 2010, our company passed the re-evaluation of Manufacture License of Special Equipment (Piping Element) and in the latter half year, it passed the HSE smoothly and got the certification. In 2011, it passed the re-evaluation of Manufacture License of Special Equipment (A2 Pressure Vessel). Our company has been evaluated as the “AAA level of quality integrity company” and in 2011, it was awarded of the “AAA level of abiding by contract and credibility” by Wuxi government. In 2012, it became the third-level company of work safety standardization in machinery. In 2013, HET got German TUV’s PED/EC Certification, Manufacture License of Nuclear Safety Equipment (Flange) by State Bureau of Nuclear Safety and certification of Jiangsu high-tech enterprise.

Types of Products: HET is able to manufacture flanges for oil filter and forged fittings for pressure vessel of different materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and ultratek based on international and national standards, ASME, ASNI, DIN, GB, JB/T, SH, HG and so on. Strainers, pressure vessels and other petrochemical pipeline accessories have been verified by different external and internal projects, and are favored by customers for its high security and high quality. Our products are widely used in petrochemical industry, electricity, machinery, metallurgy and shipping areas. Brand “HET” has been well-known in China after years of endeavor. 

Equipment Capability: HET is fully equipped. It possesses separately one set of 2000t forging machine, φ3500mm full-auto CNC horizontal ring rolls, φ1300mm full-auto CNC vertical ring rolls, 1.5t electro-hydraulic hammer, 1t air hammer, five sets of heat furnace for forging, two sets of φ4300mm high-temperature heat furnace and more than 50 sets of metal processing equipment, including one set of 5m CNC vertical lathe, one set of 3.5m CNC vertical lathe, one set of 2.5m CNC vertical lathe and two sets of φ80mm CNC drill press.
